There is always a change that an ember will be hot enough to leave a dark mark on your counter. I use a pizza tray at home when Im smoking my morning coffee with cinnamon.
do you need to use the butane over a cutting board or something to protect your countertop to avoid sparks? SmokeTop Cherry Bundle
was watching the butane with the wood and saw some sparks of wood and wondered if you need to do this over a cutting board or something to not ruin your countertop.
