Does this come with a lid to cover the top after lighting?

Does this have a lid to cover after lighting to keep smoke in? Seems without one you'd loose smoke.

That's understandable to believe, but it's actually not true! Our SmokeTop and butane torch lighter are designed to generate an enormous amount of smoke for infusing into cocktails without the need to use a lid.
